In order to ensure your complete satisfaction, we’ll share a digital mock design of your order prior to processing for your approval. If changes need to be made, you’ll have the opportunity to do so at that time. We’ll only process the sign after we receive your approval. If we don’t hear back from you regarding the mock design for 3 days, we’ll process the default mock design shared in order to avoid any delay in delivering your order.
