HOW WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER:

- Our team of professional designers will create a personalized design for your order and email you the e-proofs. You can preview the design within one working day. Please check your registered email or junk mail in time.
- We do not proceed with printing until you are 100% satisfied with the e-proofs.
- After you have confirmed to print, your order will be delivered within 12-15 working days. Shipping may take an additional 3-5 days in remote regions. Please note that we are closed on major holidays.
- We print your invitations with utmost care and check each one before packing.
- We ship your order via UPS/FedEx/DHL and provide you with a tracking number.
